Project Manager and Communications Officer with over three years of experience in the SaaS and open‑data sector. I’ve supported 100+ global organisations in publishing IATI‑compliant data through AidStream, leading trainings, managing the helpdesk, and translating user needs into product improvements. My work spans Agile project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and clear technical communication, supported by a background in research and digital content development. I’m currently completing my Master of Business Informatics at the University of Canberra.

Transitioned to Project Management role, leveraging strong product knowledge and stakeholder engagement experience to take on a more strategic and delivery-focused position.
